Rental Agreement and Policies

Policy:

All orders are rental contract only and NOT a sale, the undersigned renter agrees that he or she is renting the items herein described upon the express condition. That it will at all times remain in the property of the renter placing the order that he or she will examine said item found it to be in good condition and will return it in as good condition as when he or she received it (ordinary wear in tear expected). He or she will promptly advise the rental agent of any item not functioning normally. Any damages to rented items will be charged as listed. If renter fails to return said items at Agree time or fails to abide by any of the terms of this contract the rental agent may repossess it without notice to the renter, and the rental agent is hereby released from all claims arising from rental. All charges are based on the time items are in renters possession. EPIC PARTY RENTALS is not responsible for accidents, claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses, obligations, liabilities, damages, or attorney fees that arise or shall result from or relate to the use of the jumper unit by renter, guest a renter, or to any other person using the jumper unit or to any claim by any other persons earn injured directly or indirectly by or on account of the jumper unit while the unit is in the possession of the renter named above. EPIC PARTY RENTALS reserve the right to refuse service. All orders placed are non-refundable. If you book a specific date and wish to no longer have service delivered you may choose another date that the items are available to book. All orders must provide a deposit in order to reserve the items you wish to rent.

Rules to follow during use of jumper unit

One adult supervision is absolutely required at all times
If jumper starts to deflate, all persons must exit jumper unit immediately! Check for one of the following conditions; 1) the motor has stopped; in which case check the cord connection that the outlet near the motor and where are the unit plugs into the house to make sure they have not come undone 2) If motor continues to run, check for blockage of the air intake screen on the side of the blower unit. Also, check both air tubes on the back of the jumper unit for snugness and tightened the ties if necessary, if you cannot correct the problem call 951-987-2162 or 951-987-2276
All persons must remove shoes before playing in jumper unit
To avoid neck, back and other injuries, flips somersaults and roughhousing are not allowed!
Remove all eyeglasses before entering the bounce house (jumper unit)
No sharp objects inside the bouncer or slides
Do not pull or hang on netting
Only compatible age groups in size shall play on the jumper unit at the same time
The maximum number of writers of each group that you play in the jumper unit at one time are
1. Children 8 and under: number of persons allowed 8
2. Children 9-12: number of persons allowed 6
3. Older Teens: number of persons allowed 4
4. Adults: number of persons allowed 2
It is unsafe to stay in bouncer if winds exceed 15 mph. Please have all persons exit the jumper unit then unplug the blower unit and let bounce deflate, if winds subside, plug blower unit back in and reinflate bouncer
During periods of severe weather conditions example rain Highwinds etc. EPIC PARTY RENTALS reserves the right to cancel your reservation
Lessee agrees to keep the jumper unit in his or her custody and not to sublease rent sell remove from the delivery address
The lessee shall be in charge of the jumper units operation and is fully responsible for its operation as well as return or the jumper unit in good working order while in possession or the lessee
Lessor and it’s officers shareholders directors employees and agents are not responsible for injury occurring to the Lessee or to any guess of lessee or to any other persons using the jumper unit while the unit is in the possession of the Lessee. Lessee shall defend indemnify and hold harmless less sir and it’s Officer shareholders directors employees and agents against and in respect of any and all claims ,demands, losses, cost, expenses, obligations, liabilities, damages, recoveries, and deficiencies including interest, penalties, and reasonable attorney. Fees that Lessor shall incur or suffer which arise result from or relate to the use of the jumper unit by Lessee, any guest of lessee, or to any other persons using the jumper unit or to claim by any other persons injured by or on account of the jumper unit while the unit is in possession of the Lessee.

Rain Policy:

In the event of rain, Epic Party Rentals will call on the day of the event to confirm delivery, a customer can cancel the delivery without any charge, and any payment will be refunded with the exception of the non-refundable deposit. If the customer chooses to accept the unit(s), they understand that there is no refund. If it rains, the units are still usable. Epic Party Rentals recommends that in light rain or showers that most of our units are covered and it is safe for kids to use our products. If heavy rain occurs, have the kids exit the unit and go inside and wait for the rain to quit. The units will accumulate water, so have an adult go inside the unit with a towel and dry out the unit and its ready for use again. The surfaces will bubble at the seams, which is normal because of the air that is coming out. Please leave units inflated until the driver arrives to pick up.

High Winds Policy:

In the event of high gush winds which are considered 15 mph or greater on the day of the event. Prior to delivering out items, we will contact the customer and they have the option to cancel the delivery without charge and any payment will be refunded with the exception of the non-refundable deposit. If the customer chooses to continue with the rental, they are aware they are choosing to be liable for any damages made to our rental property due to the excessive winds. Epic Party will add-on to the previous total balance and the renter is held responsible for paying for the damaged rental property at the discretion cost Epic Party Rental chooses.

Submitting an Order:

When a customer is submitting an order on our web page, mobile page, via email, by phone or any other means of communication they are hereby agreeing and acknowledging our terms and conditions.
